General Sales Conditions

1- General

These general conditions of sale apply strictly to all sales of products made in the Republic of Panama by BLUQUEEN, SA, with RUC number 155644887-2-2017 DV 70 for individuals.

All orders made to BLUQUEEN, SA necessarily implies, as an essential, decisive and essential condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Client of the General Conditions of Sale of BLUQUEEN, SA valid on the day the corresponding order is placed. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all acts resulting from them, will be subject to the laws in force of the Republic of Panama, unless there are contrary public order provisions.

2- Prices

The prices published in BLUQUEEN, SA they are in AMERICAN DOLLARS and are valid except for typographical errors. All prices do not include VAT included ITBMS applicable on the day of the order, any change of rate of ITBMS will be applied automatically to the prices of products for sale in BLUQUEEN, SA.

Offers on products for sale in BLUQUEEN, SA they will be shown in the "Offers" section or it will be indicated in the product file and, if not indicated otherwise, they will be valid as long as they are displayed on the screen.

3- Different Payment modes

When making the order, the customer can freely choose to pay the purchases made in BLUQUEEN, SA through:

  • MEDIATING PAYMENTS ELECTRONIC BANK TRANSFER ACH

4- Return for damage to the outer packaging or lack of packages of the general shipment.

Any damage to the outer packaging of the purchase or the lack of the number of packages or information caused during transport by the transport agency, must be notified immediately in writing on the delivery order of the carrier. Once the delivery order is signed as accepted, the client can not claim on the external characteristics of the received or on the missing of any of the packages delivered in case the delivery consists of one or more packages.

In this case, the carrier will cancel the delivery and return to our offices the package (s) where we will proceed to refund the total amount paid for the purchase, including shipping.

5- Returns of products for damages or defects in them.

In the event that the product is damaged or defective, the customer must detail in writing the possible damages within a period of 24 hours and send it by means of an email addressed to operaciones@bluqueen.com  or contact us through our website at Contact Us specifying the order number and the damages or defects found.

The collection of the damaged item will be coordinated with the customer, which must be accompanied in any case by the wrappings and any accessory related to the wrapping (warranties, labels and others). The missing or deterioration in the wrappings, packaging or guarantees of the product will be grounds for nullity in the return.

Once received in our offices the returned item (s) will be replaced by the same items in perfect conditions, the shipment will be paid by BLUQUEEN, SA

6- Returns for non-compliance with the items purchased by the customer.

If for any reason the customer was not satisfied with the order, you can return the product within 3 days from the date on which the product was delivered according to article 71 of Law 45 of 2007. Likewise, the return of the product It must be complete in all cases of the wrappings and any accessory related to the packaging (warranties, labels and others). The missing or deterioration in the wrappings, packaging or guarantees of the product will be grounds for nullity in the return.

The customer who made the purchase must notify us by email to  operaciones@bluqueen.com or contact us through our website at Contact Us.

BLUQUEEN, SA It will reimburse the full cost of the product as long as it has not been used or damaged by the client.

The right of return may be exercised exclusively by the client in question; in no case by an eventual recipient.

The acceptance of said return must be authorized by BLUQUEEN, SA   

The customer will receive timely information on how to physically send the goods to be returned and once the integrity of the same has been reviewed, it will be reimbursed.

The refund will be made in the current account associated with the credit card with which the purchase was made. If the payment has been made by transfer, the refund will be made in said bank account.

RETURNS NOT ADMITTED:

  • Items subject to promotions
  • Personalized items or made exclusively on request to a customer.
  • Items used by the customer.
  • Items that are returned by the customer without being complete of the packaging and any accessory that accompanied the product such as warranties and accessories.

7- Denial of responsibility

BLUQUEEN, SA reserves the right to make changes or corrections to the website without prior notice.

BLUQUEEN, SA does not guarantee that the content of this website is appropriate or lawful in other countries outside of Panama. In the event that the content is not lawful or illegal in any of these countries, please do not access the website of BLUQUEEN, SA In the case you decide to do so, it is reported that the use of our website will be your responsibility. Similarly, BLUQUEEN SA is committed to its contents are appropriate and constantly updated. However, BLUQUEEN SA is not responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the contents published on its website, except for criminal liabilities derived from legal infractions.

BLUQUEEN SA will try to represent on your website faithfully the colors of your products. However, you can not be responsible for the fidelity of representation of these colors in the personal computers of our customers.

BLUQUEEN, SA will not be responsible for:

  • Damage or loss of products due to normal use by customers.
  • Damages that have not been caused directly by BLUQUEEN, SA
  • Losses of business opportunities.
